Brayden Schenn, C, Philadelphia Flyers
Schenn looks like he might have a great opportunity to stay in the NHL this year with the departures of several high impact players from the Flyers.

Oliver Ekman-Larsson, D, Phoenix Coyotes
Looks like Oliver will need tobulk up a bit to be the potential player he can be but he still has the opportunity to make an impact this year.
Ryan Johansen, C, Columbus Blue Jackets
Ryan has the all around skill to play every situation. He has the scoring touch to be a great play-maker and a finisher. He could learn a lot of scoring touch from Rick Nash in Columbus or he could be put along side Nash to help both players.

Erik Gudbranson, D, Florida Panthers
Erik was probably ready to be a regular Panther defenseman last year, but he did not make the team out of training camp. Florida’s coach said he was ready then, so look for him to be a big part of their blueline this year.

Ryan Nugent-Hopkins, C, Edmonton Oilers
The very young and building Edmonton Oilers have no reason to hold back on letting Ryan showcase his skills on the team this year. He brings high level skill and a fierce desire to play both ends of the ice.
